i got a presentation tommorow in my gym class in which i have to present two GOOD excersises to the class. These can be core body or with weights but core body is better. Any suggestions? Thanks

Guaranteed to make your gym coach will love you, and to make your classmates hate you for eternity. Your coach WILL use these, I promise. We do these in an 8-count: 1. Standing / rest position. 2. Squat 3. Squat-thrust 4-5. Push-up 6. Squat 7-8. Jump as high as you can from a full squat If there is a more brutal bodyweight exercise, DON'T TELL MY ****ING TRAINER. EDIT: Pic of a Burpee. It's a static hold, a very basic gymnastic exercise. 1. Palms on the floor. Elbows slightly bent. 2. Knees on your elbows. 3. As for the second one i find it hard to do and dony wanna fall on my face infront of the class lol. I can only do it for a few seconds |
