For those of you who are unfamiliar with Mario Kindelan, he is probably pound for pound one of the best if not the best amateurs ever.
His record: 358-22, all in top notch world class competitions against great opposition.
Two time Olympic gold medal winner.(2000 and 2004)
3 time world champioin (99,01,03)
2 time PanAmerican champion (99,03)
He had wins over Felix Trinidad,Miguel Cotto, Amir Khan and just tons of good fighters.
Most people think he and Amir Khan are 1-1 with Kindelan betaing Khan in the Olympics and Khan later avenging it. A little known fact is that earlier in 04 they fought and Kindelan beat Khan by scoresof 33-13. So Kindelan actually won 2 out the 3 times they fought.
