before xmas and new year,i was starting to do pretty well, started boxing 2 days a week and going to the gym lifting weights 2 days a week, and i was starting to put weight on in muscle and feel healthy,i got up to 152 i think, cause lifting weights was putting my appetite up alot, and i was eating properly, not following any particular diet, but when i ate i made sure it was good meals like pasta, eggs, fish etc. good protein foods.

but i stopped going over xmas and new year and havent been since, and i feel ****ing skinny! i looked in the mirror this morning and my body looked horrible i feel like i have lost loads of weight on my upper body,i must be like 145 lbs now :(

but i here it is pretty easy to put weight back on that u already had,is that true?

It doesn't ever get easier. You just get tougher, so it *seems* easier.

Wish I had a better answer.

I took three days off because my coach had to leave the state for family problems and I feel like a lazy ****. I should be calling him now to go train, but Im bein a bum. I swear the hardest part is getting there, then I love it.

I lost about 3 pounds over the whole holidays. I wait 159 now and lost all of my pump, same thing probably happened to you and yeah it will be easier to get that weight back. You muscles have a memory of what they were before and its easier to gain that weight back.

everytime you work out, you work your muscle memory into what you did, and then your muscle memory recognizes how much weight you did and how many times
then as you continue working out, your muscle memory helps you build more and more muscle
after not being in the gym for lets say 2-3 weeks, you might lose a lot of your pump and big muscular look and maybe some of your muscle memory
but right when you start working out again, your muscle memory picks up again and will already have embeded that you already did this exercise before and now it'll know how to make the same gains you did as before, but quicker

i hope that helped some
