yeah man, I think this is the perfect one as far as what your looking for. It has lots of visibility and lots of padding on the forehead and ears. It looks alot better than the other one, but the only thing is though if you looked at that website it comes from thailand. I have heard lots of good experiences with them but shipping is kinda high. Shipping for gloves is $25, like a shirt is $11 so I dont know how much shipping is going to be but it doesnt get any better than that headgear for you.
