just had my surround sound connected up and new tv and x box , boxing dvds sky kick some serious ass, not sure the neighbours are that happy, still suppose its spares em the loud music cant use both.

:D Hey Ironone i'm cool, i'm enjoying a nice break from work which is good and i went DVD shopping earlier. I like to spend money on myself, it's cool. Because it's my birthday on Friday i have decided to take the week off training and sparring and i am relaxing to the max in more ways than one. ;)

Becareful with the neighbour row, they can get nasty. Near where i live a few years ago two neighbours started arguing and these were too business men. Anyway one day one of the men just flipped and picked up a screwdriver and stuck it in the other mans head. :) I hope your dispute doesn't get that serious. Although some neighbours can be really petty and winge over anything. I suppose i am lucky, my neighbours are foreigners but they are cool as hell. I have my friends round alot and they never complain or anything alothough i'm always respectful if anyone gets noisey etc.

wez happy birthday for friday in case i forget mate, a fellow libran (not that i foloow that ****) mine next weds go the next week off too.

You do need a break, it sounds like boxing takes up alot of your time as well as work. Chilling with your girlie and mates sounds good enough. Enjoy the pleasures of life you don't normally get chance to. :D

lol You like to party! You are a Londoner though :D do you go to clubs and stuff? I don't go out much where i live because it a stupid town and the mentality of some people is pathetic. When i have gone out i find Cities are a more chilled atmosphere, i like Sheffield. :D

I'm sorry to hear that, recently on the news i have been hearing more and more stuff happening. When i heard the little girl got shot i could not understand why someone would do that at all. There are some sick people about to do something like that. It's a sad day when you have to watch your back walking about. It does sound like Meadowhall is a safer place to go, i go there myself at christmas time and for birthday presents. Chapeltown in Leeds is supposed to be bad but even that hasn't been mentioned in awhile.

These days Im a bit more sedate and chilled, gimme a nice bottle of red and a smoke and Im happy as.

Having said that I still go and "av it" from time to time but cant deal with the pain that comes with missing a nights slepp if you catch my drift! ;)

:D A bottle of Red and a smoke sounds perfect. I see you have slowed down drastically from the clubbing days. You can only live that lifestyle for so long before it starts getting on top of you. I've only done one all nighter in my entire life and i was a walking zombie for the next few weeks. There is no way i could live the Ibiza lifestyle at all, i cannot understand how some people get the stamina to do that sort of thing. :confused:
