yeah im not a huge fan of that cause your using more arm muscle to trying to control the damn thing then working your abs

I prefer backbreaking, window-shattering gorilla sex. The kind that gets your neighbors out on their decks holding up Olympic scorecards.

I don't care if Mick does tell Rocky it weakens the legs. It's my favorite ab workout. :luvbed:

true that.

other than that, i usually do the mid-air kind, where youre hanging off the end of those chair things and doing like 180 degree situps.

yeeeah boi, those things are hard. my trainer always told me if i can do more than 15, then i need to hold onto a bigger weight (i usually do them holding a 25 pound plate...i got weak abs though)

it's called laughing! watch this video of a heavy bag "workout" and you'll feel the fat melting off your abs. "Work. Workiiiiiiiiiing!!"

yeah, i usually feel those for awhile after im done. i start off my boxing work out with 20 of those and 20 back extensions, theyre a good way to warm up and cool down.

you want ab strength or endurance?

if endurance do like 5 exercises nonstop for 5 sets

like:

v-ups 20
chinnies 30
crunches 50
leg raises 20
full sit ups 40

do that nonstop for 5 circuits

although you can lower or raise the reps depending on how good you are already

and on other days, work on strength like doing harder exercises like dragon flags

So, if (pant, pant) I call (pant) him when (whew!) I go to C-C- (sigh, cough) Cleveland, he'll (wheeze, gasp) show me how (pant, pant) to do ALL that? Wow.

Tell me that video wasn't serious.
