There is alot of protein in eggs but it is very dangerous to consume raw eggs. Rocky has everyone believing that raw eggs are good for you.

i dont do it but theres **** load of protein in there,no other point really. if u want proteins drink a protein shake

i might try it one time just for the hell of it and so i can feed my curiousity

lots and lots of protein in raw eggs, some of which is lost when eggs r cooked, HOWEVER ders a gud chance of u infecting urself with salmonella!

Last time I drank 4 raw eggs in a glass I got sick as hell for a week. I have allergies and somehow I just know drinking those eggs got me congested and got my throat full of flem.

the biological value in the eggprotein is only half as good raw, only reason to eat raw eggs would be if i simply didnt have time to cook em.

btw eggs also include healthy fat aswell as high quality protein

for a few days after the newest Rocky movie I tried raw egg whites in my protein shake. The only difference I notcied was there was alot of flem in my through. I call bull**** on raw eggs, just drink protein shakes.

I think raw eggs was more to illustrate the point that he didn't have money for any fancy sort of protein.....especially in the 70's when there wasn't alot to chose from...Notice in the other movies when he came into a bit of money he didn't drink raw eggs....only in Rocky and Rocky Balboa (he tried to make it more like the orginal)....

1 in a million or something along those lines can carries a disease whose name I forgot. Can get you real sick. Thats why its better to **** since that kills any chance of the bacteria being present.


Besides hardboiled eggs are much easier to digest for the stomach.
