I'll give you a prize! Just 2 stipulations though,

1) You must be under 200 lbs.

2) You must not be taking any anabolic steroids

I'm under 200 lbs.. Just got there, I've lost 6 lbs. in 2003 already. I can't bench **** though, what are you throwing up? The last time I maxed out I was at 245.

I am all about training to fight right now, not powerlifting. I have np idea what my max is right now, I finish off my 6th set with 265 2-5 times dpending on the day.

I dont feel benching a lot of weight will help me in the ring. But if I ever get back to powerlifting I would be game to give it ago. Competition make ya push harder.

Kimura

Keep training and soon you'll go from the 45 lb. bar to 2 plates on each side (225 lbs.).

I can't outbench you, but I am funnier, better looking, more ambitious, more intelligent, kinder, sexier, bigger penis, etc. So there.

What's your weight Kimura?
I got up to 245 with lifting about 3 or 4 times a month. You think if I got serious for once and started lifting 3 to 4 times a week I could get up to 300 by the end of this year?

Well, my bench sucks...my max is 300lb@192lb.

I've squatted 240kg(530lb) weighing 80kg(176lb) aged 19, wearing no belt or wraps. If anyone can beat that I'll give you a medal...and a blowjob.

Why don't you compare p4p benches so everyone can compete?

Too much math involved. All I ask is for a good challenge from someone who's not 6'5, 300 lbs., and on steroids.

hey squat...do you swallow or spit?

It's not much math. Bench divided by your weight. Math done.

Then it's on for this summer! I'll be out on the west coast for my vacation besides, that's where a lot of you global posters reside. We'll look for a good gym in the L.A. area where we can all meet and then it's on.

I don't see you squatting 500lb@176lb aged 19 with no belt or wraps...

NO BLOWJOB FOR YOU!

Not at 19, but 500 is definitely in my range at 34 years of age.

My best squat is a measly 490, no belt, but weighed 95 kgs at the time (210) was 18 at the time...
