What about Farmer Burns? Should this be in the MMA forum? Matt Furey used to be stiff and muscle bound until he started Combat Stretching and conditioning, now he's lean and limber. But he did win the Chui Sao world championships a couple of years ago! Chui Sao is a Chinese style which looks remarkably similar to Judo, but has about 50000000000 less participants. he was the first westerner to win it....but I think there was 3 other fighters, and 2 of them hadn't eaten for 3 months... And if Dogg moved this to MMA discussion, I would have locked it and personally TTT'd every other topic so it would be lost forever at the bottom of the heap!
