Its a meal replacement supplemet, I see.
It all depends on what stage of a training are u, if u are bulking up, then I guess, its pretty good, although I am a bigger fan of just a good food and good protein shakes.

holy crap 10grams of Creatine?? You are a big guy but I would not suggest taking any extra creatine. Just remember that supplements are just things that SUPPLEMENT real meals when you don't have time to eat.

I thought it was a good protein shake. Trying to bulk up but too keep my power and speed atm.

No, its a meal replacement powder, and are better used by bodybuilders, not boxers. Stick to good food and whey proteins.

Taking it to gain acouple pounds of water weight and muscle then cycling off of it to lose the water and keep some of the muscle (obviously some will deteriorate due to the water loss but not all). Good way to gain muscle and punching power, in my opinion. Make sure you take this stuff under the guidance of someone who BOXES though and knows whats going on instead of a stupid ****ing body builder.
