Head movement is something i've been working on a bit currently



I've talking about head movement as you come in so you aren't as easy to hit.



Any tips ? I've mainly been working on it with shadow boxing.



I heard Teddy Atlas say that you shouldn't start your head movement from too far away , only as you get into hitting range, do you agree with this ?



What boxers have good example of head movement as they come in ?
