That song is horrible I thought.

Im not gonna lie its one of two songs that I skip on the album. I just dont like the detective style of rapping. Great idea, but would have been better with just his regular voice.

I understood everything he was saying the first time I listened to it.

I just couldnt pay attention to it with his voice. I remember noticing the cypress hill reference and thats all.

No Greatest I understood the song itself sucked. No need for that type of flow and it was annoying as ****.

It was a detective story so the voice was fitting. If he used his normal voice he would have to go another direction with the song. It's a good song to me. And I don't find any songs on here that I skip honestly.

I caught a number of those name drops/references. Some in the thread are but speculation, too...

only remember Eric b and dj kool herc mentioned 1st time i heard it.

His lyrics have some meaning and he dont just rap about any old bull**** and that voice fitted the lyrics and the type of song it was!!!
