How long does the human body usually take to heal after a fight??

BTW I got hit real hard on the ribs left side and on left shoulder, right ribs are okay. No damage on the face.

depends on a lot of things: how many rounds? (i'm guessing it's an amatuer fight so 3x2min), was it a war?, was other guy a hard puncher?

I usually take about a week off after a fight. Keep an eye on your shoulder, try to give it time to heal.

It was 6 rounds x 2 min each. Wasn't amateur we were just backyard scrapping...Guy had a hard hit. I don't really get clocked in the head cus I guard it pretty good but this guy could body punch. After getting hit aggressively on the ribs I switched my style up...trying to imitate kind of like a Joan Guzman Philly shell type to confuse him and block where it hurt, thats where my shoulder got hurt a bit. But it seemed to work cus he didn't know how to get through it but I was having a hard time punching because I have never tried fighting like that. Yeah it was a war, damn a week though.. that sucks, I'm not as soar as I was yesterday and the fight was 3 days ago so I should be cool...hopefully!
