What's your biggest fear? My biggest fear is clowns. I ****ing hate clowns. I don't like those ****ers and they don't like me. My sister made me watch the movie "IT" when I was but a wee young lad and now I'm absolutely terrified of the ****ers.

I always think this is going to creep into my room at night and deep six my ass (kill me).

Never do that again. That little ****ing thing will haunt my dreams for the rest of the week.

C'mon people what are your deepest darkest fears?
I know I sound kinda creepy but pay that no mind. And I don't want some serious **** like, "I'm afraid that we will have a nuclear holocaust and the world will end"...I want the little things that really creep you out like clowns and little mannequins and ****.

Demonic possession.

I once went to a lecture given by a man who went all over the world to investigate supposed cases of demonic possession. Some terrifying-ass ****.

It also didn't help things that my brother forced me to watch the Exorcist when I was 8 years old. Then he scared me at bedtime for months after that, the prick. I'm 32 freaking years old and I still won't watch that movie.

i had a dream one time that i was stranded in the middle of the ocean on a raft. i looked as far as i could in every direction and all i could see was water. i started panicing ,the raft flipped over and i was in the water, there was an enormous sense and feeling of being completly hopeless. i was so scared that i could'nt handle it and i just closed my eyes and blew all my air out so i would sink. i kept my eyes closed as tight as i could and i remember sinking farther and farther, i finaly woke up and my heart felt like it was coming out of my chest. just a dream but scary ****, i doubt ill ever be stranded in the middle of the ocean but it would certainly be a *****.

NOT MUCH BOTHERS ME I MUST ADMIT, been cage swimming with great whites in gaansbai off cape town, always loved animals so creppy crawlies dont bother me neither. Played rugby at a decent level never backed away form the physicial or mental challenges of fellow man.

my fear is, Heights, well not really heights more the hitting the floor from the falling from heights.

Put me in a cage surrounded by sharks and chum, no problem stick me up a ladder I become incomprehensibly terrified. I mean **** scared. Strangely flying doesnt bother me though I find it boring, I tried to confront this fear when my ex girlfriend (notice the ex) bought me a balloon ride over south wales for a surprise bday present.

It was the worst 50 mins of my life, I wanted to sit in the bottom of the basket and cry. No ****. Man that was harsh, I nearly refused to go up in it, but the (ex)gfriend bust into tears, I had to.

I was flipping terrified man, like change my boxer's time.

Oh WOW...I cant believe somebody else has the same issue! I wasnt gonna say anything about it, but when I read the thread (or the actual question)and saw someone else felt the same way, I thought I could admit that demonic possession is my greatest fear too. It has been ever since I was 11 and saw that movie; which I still will not watch. Horror is my fav. kind of movies and books, but I wont touch that one again!!

hehe its amazing to see how many people the movie "IT" scared. I definitely can understand though.

When i was little i watched "it" had no affect on me though.
Then I watched "Birds" that had an affect on me, now im not scared of em but i think they are gross.
I also watched Cujo as little kid and it made me temporarily scared of big dogs, till i got my own haha.

I dont really have a big fear right now though.

Crikey! That is one angry croc mother over there protecting her babies. I'd better investigate!

Crikey she bit my friggin arm off! This is great!

I love Steve Irwin, he really does care and is scared of nothing. The worlds most dangerous snake licked him on the cheek, i would have died on the spot. :D

Luckily for me the closest thing we get to a snake in England is a grass snake. :D I'm sure i wouldn't like them if i lived where you do. Scorpions freak me out too.

When I was growing up in Florida I had quite a few run-ins with snakes. Scared the **** out of me every time. Once there was a coral snke in our garage and I hit it with a shovel and literally cut the ****er in half but it kept wigglin and moving like it was possessed or something.

Yeah, I've killed heaps of the bastards, but i still hate them, we have dugites snakes on our farm, there very venemous, and can F*&k you Up.

you cut them in half and they wiggle for ages, but i kid you not, we blew a snake away with a shot gun, because this f*#ker was huge, like as thick as an adults arm, i almost died when i saw that bastard

Steve Irwin is a monster. He'd probably beat Tyson's ass...as well as VK's. I can see it now:

"Crikey, this big robot is knocking my head in but I'm gonna wrassle him down roight now!"

Irwin lands a huge haymaker and KO's VK.

I love the Croc Hunter!

The main three venomous snakes I have had run-ins with are:

Hola!

Here´s my List what scares/scared me:

- Watching "Psycho" a few years ago for the first time
- Playing "Resident Evil" on the Gamecube alone in the Night
- I once had an open fracture at my leg. The artery was cut so
it bleeded like hell. I thought I had to die! The fear of dying
is quite human, eh?

For all the spider-haters: Watch "Arachnophobia" and you will be cured! ;)

I am a film buff.

Donnie Darko is a modern classic. I would wait until the director's cut gets rereleased though.

Really it was you Europeans that made Donnie Darko a hit. Initially it tanked in the United States. Then you guys raved about it and we in the States gave it another look.

is that right, guess thats cos we are all a bit strange over here mate haha....such is the nature of cult classics though, tend to getmissed sometimes the first time round til word of mouth sets the record straight.

I loved the first 2 Evil Dead but havent seen the third one yet. That chick that got raped by the tree and therefore was possessed and kept up the crazy laugh thoughout the movie gave me the creeps and made my skin crawl; that's how I know it was a good movie! To affect me like that; very cool!! :D

The evil deads are classics. Army of Darkness is more about humor. The first two were also, but the last its way more obvious. You should rent it some night when you have nothing to do.

The Evil Dead movies were great.

I saw the movie Boondock Saints a couple months ago and it was pretty sweet.

I hear that movie the forgotten or whatnot is scary as all hell.

I will definately be renting it soon, especially since there isnt any good boxing on this weekend. I liked Army of Darkness too and rank it along with From Dusk til Dawn..good abrasive comedy and blood sucking.

the forgotten is cool but not what I would call "scary"...not really. But it's still a good movie :)

I havent seen Boogie Nights, but it's Julianne Moore (she was in Hannibal) It really depends on what you consider 'scary'...it has some unexpected, shocking moments that will startle you cause youre totally NOT prepared for them, and I guess that could be considered scary. It was one of the few movies that I went out to see at the theatre and wasnt dissapointed. I recommend it. :)

You should watch Boogie Nights. It's another one of my favorite movies (except for the very end... ) It's very well acted, is a very original movie idea, and is funny/interesting/sad/happy movie all at the same time. Plus it has a killer sountrack if you like music from the late 70's and 80's.

I do. As long as it's not a chick flick, or a western I'm ok with it...so, thanks, I'll check it out. :)
