I was wondering if anyone had any ideas to give me a 2 month workout program to get me in boxing shape. Im not fat nor skinny, im just a normal weak build. What ive done every day since last week was run 4 miles a day and alot of ab back workouts each day as well. I dont have access to any boxing equipment besides weights yet because i just moved. so any help would be helpful
