that song is sick. I really like Come Gangsta as well. N9ne's verse on "my world" is spectacular.

...I'm going to be honest I haven't heard half of the **** you posted.

As for some songs you're missing, here's a couple in my opinion:
The Game- One Night
Clipse- Nightmares (Take Trill off of there also...)
Nas- War
Justin Timberlake- What Goes Around/Comes Back Around
Hi-Tek, Nas, Busta Rhymes, Common, Talib Kweli- Music Is My Life
Busta Rhymes ft. Stevie Wonder- Been Thru The Storm
Busta Rhymes ft. Rick James- In The Ghetto

Post "One Night". In The Ghetto is definently in the running. Nice beat, Green Lantern did that one, didnt he? I dont like the hook on Nightmares, HHID is better than War, IMO, I really like that FuturesexLoveSound song, Music Is My life is long, that's why I'm not going to put it on the disc, plus songs by Nas, Kweli, and Dilla are locks for the mix already. Diversification.

Godzy, I know you're not a big fan of mediocre lyrics and all but you really should check out Game's latest, The Doctor's Advocate. It is really a 4 1/2 mic album for me (strictly on the music) because Game has one of the best flows in the business and the beats are insane as hell and something I would picture on Detox or a recent Dre album.

I'm going out in probably 10 minutes, I won't have time to post 'One Night' but if you have the chance check that song out, beat is hot as hell, produced by a Dre ghostproducer in Nottz.

And yeah, I have only heard a snippet of HHID (I don't want to ruin it when I get it on the 19th) but War is a really hot song for me, his verse is complete sickness.

But yeah, post that link, I haven't heard half the **** you have on there and I am eager to see if it is any good.

I didnt give it much attention, I saved a couple songs from it, but deleted about 75% of it. I'll give it another try, I suppose. HHID is sick, the album I mean. Front to back, Nasty Nas doesnt disappoint.

I have high expectations from all the stuff I have heard about it, so I'm really hoping he doesn't dissapoint. One thing that has always dissapointed me about Nas was his beat selection and some of his hooks...how are those in HHID?

Very well-produced. Possibly the best produced album of the year.

The Big Bang was the best produced album of the year I think. Either that or Hell Hath No Fury.

Missing...

Wamp Wamp (What It Do)- Clipse feat. Slim Thug
Imagine- Snoop Dogg feat. Dr.Dre, D'Angelo
Kingdom Come- Jay-Z
Do U Wanna Ride- Jay-Z feat. John Legend

Your list was pretty tight btw.

Dre gave one of the weakest beats Ive ever seen him make. Other than that every beat was good. Chris Webber actually gives one of the nicest beats on the album. Go figure.

I think atleast one other J Dilla song deserves mentioning. "So Far to Go" comes to mind. No love for Lupe? I figure atleast "Pressure" or "Daydreamin'" should be on there. Another I didnt see was "Why You Hate the Game" off Games cd. Probably the best produced song all year. Jus Blaze puts out a classic imo.

yeah...i have never really been up on brotha lynch outside of a handful of songs but dude murdered that verse.

the beat is insane too. it's a cross between something dj paul and traxster would do. well layered...keeps the head nodding.

dalima surprised me with a pretty nice rapid-fire flow too. i knew tech was going to kill that **** as soon as i heard the beat drop and he didn't disappoint obviously.

also, there were many better PUTS tracks off their latest than the one mentioned in your list...in my opinion.

eat street (sheer comedic value)
you
jamboree pt. 1
on and on

all more gooderer in my opinion.

Yeah it's that Hustler's song right? I remember a month back I heard something about the Dre beat sounding like the Outta Control Remix but a little darker and I got excited...then I heard the Nas song with Game and I thought it was a pretty bad beat. Dre's beats are so similar lately, he better be saving his best for Detox, which comes out in September.

To me Brotha Lynch is a very underrated artist. You should check out the album Lynch By Inch. He has really evolved with his lyrics. One of my favorite artist of all time.

Yeah, its a shame too because Game gives a real nice verse and of course Nas does his thing.
