I'd appreciate it if you could up some albums mate. yeah Ive never heard a Tek beat I didnt like, and the guest appearences on that album are insane. His beats are insane. He is one of the hottest producers out there, and he can hold his own on the mic too. He stood up to it when he was rapping with Nas on his last album, showing he's no pushover. I stumbled upon that somehow and liked it a lot. I had it a couple years ago on another computer and cant remember the name. Are you thinking of 'The streets - dry your eyes'. Here's some of the lyrics to it: In one single moment your whole life can turn 'round I stand there for a minute starin’ straight into the ground Lookin’ to the left slightly, then lookin’ back down World feels like it’s caved in – proper sorry frown Please let me show you where we could only just be, for us I can change and I can grow or we could adjust The wicked thing about us is we always have trust We can even have an open relationship, if you must I look at her she stares almost straight back at me But her eyes glaze over like she’s lookin’ straight through me Then her eyes must have closed for what seems an eternity When they open up she’s lookin’ down at her feet Dry your eyes mate I know it’s hard to take but her mind has been made up There’s plenty more fish in the sea Dry your eyes mate I know you want to make her see how much this pain hurts But you’ve got to walk away now It’s over The Fix 12-15-2006, 07:30 PM i was listening to black rob's life story today.... love that ****. You should listen to some Jean Grae as well. She's imo the best female mc but to label her a just a female mc is a bit unfair really as she is ****in amazing and would compare favourably against most mc's you could care to mention. I'm downloading some of her stuff now. Does she compare to Lauryn Hill? I prefer her to Lauren Hill. Jean Grae has consistently been releasing good **** whereas Lauren only had the miseducation of... They've got different styles though so its all subjective really. Jean Grae's best album is probably her debut, 'The attack of the attacking things'.
