I dont know why he dont ask for a title shot:s he deserves one. He already beat the best, jus needs to fight matt hughes and penn. That would be very good to watch.

sanchez has to wait. dana white wont risk a big money PPV match in hughes/ st pierre 3 by throwing in diego with matt right now. St Pierre is also already booked to face Matt Serra in February. BJ Penn might be his only :money" fight option right now at 170. Karo Paryisian put up an entertaining fight tonight too against Drew Fickett i thought

ya that was a good fight with Karo, he won that one with lotta jabs to tha face to fickett. Josh Koshcheck's fight was boring as ****, he went back to his normal rutine by taking em down and jus laying there for points. Jus cause he had one good fight against that canadian dont mean he will be doing that all the time. All Diego's fights were exciting, yes he should fight Penn, that would be the best.

I ****in cant stand Joe Riggs. I'm glad the Nightmare KO'd his ass early. I like Diego, people say he is overrated and not tested but he is a force to be reckoned with. His win over Parisian was all skill and heart , now he demolishes Riggs in what ? less than 2 minutes. All Glory goes to God people.

BJ PENN vs Diego Sanchez would be an awsome fight. **** Matt Hughes.

I think Sanchez wants a few more fights before the gets a title shot. Hes still young and is constantly improving.

a win over Riggs don't mean ****,hell everyones got one. That was a handout to get people that just started paying attention to UFC excited, remember he had trouble with Diaz, he's good but ain't ready for no GSP or Penn yet, a fight with them bad boys would set him back in confidence hard.

I attribute his improvement in stand-up to his time with Red Devil.

Even though Riggs is one of my favorites, I've got to give complete credit to Sanchez for this victory.

I honestly didn't think he was going to win, I guess it was more picking with my heart then with my brain.

As far as Sanchez deserving a shot, not a chance in hell right now.

He will probably end up fighting and in this order:

Penn if he doesn't go down to 155
Serra cause we all know that he isn't going to beat GSP
Joe Stevenson, people don't mention him enough
Hughes/GSP depending on what happens in their rubber match with the loser fighting Sanchez (that is, unless it's Hughes again and he retires, which I dont' think he would even if he does lose again)
The whoever then the champ is, probably GSP.
