I'm really sorry about posting this twice but people check here more often than the training forum


aparently i didn't stretch out my hip to good today.


I AM ****IN DIEING!

gimme some hip stretches PLEASE!!1

Ben, don't ever stretch out an injury! Put ice on it and get some rest. If you stretch it, you'll aggravate the injury so just leave it alone. ICE, ICE, ICE!

1. have someone tie your feet and wrist to a pole.

2. have someone tie a rope to your hips and the other part to a car bumper.

3. have someone drive the car to the store or something, and you have a good stretch.

i don;t think its an ijury i just hink its tight as ****!

i'm sittin at my desk and it seems to have calmed down a bit but i'm sue when i stand up it is gonna STING

Ben, an injury will get pooled with blood and thus inflammed. Heat will cause quicker inflammation and you'll feel more pain and not less. Ice will prevent inflammation and you'll heal much quicker. Trust me on this one Ben.
