Just a lil comparison here..

Both fighters fought page and took a beating throughout the fight.. However one thing that seperates the men from the boys is toughness..

Dong sik yoon, took on rampage in a non tournament fight, went all 3rnds with rampage while showing tremendous heart, vast improvement and a never give up attitude..
Yoon survived mutltiple head stomps, soccer kicks and knees to the cranium through out all rounds and managed to put enough fight that he squeezed out the decision(congrats)

Liddell, made it to the opening bell, was being beat standing up by rampage, got taken down(this is where the true fight in the fighter is portrayed) and to chucks credit took a beating without quitting..
the difference between chuck and dong is that when dong was beign whooped on, he kept fighting back and always bettered his position, chuck however layed their, took the beating and really did nothing more than moan and yulp while rampage pummelled him eventually leading to chucks corner throwing in the towel..
I'm all for a fighter protection, but i think that's what all the training is for, to learn how to better protect yourself..

IMO dong sik yoon > liddell in MMA (i am not singling out kickboxing) he's well rounded with the ability to endure what chuck could not.. It's a shame we didnt' get to see rampage soccer kick and stomp the **** out of chuck..

Wonder what all them ufc kids would think when they watch pride and sseee chuck's body imprint dented into the pride mat..
