Routine can also explain this, say if you wake up at 8am everyday, and you dont have your alarm clock, you will probably still wake up close to 8am........

I am up by 6 every morning and I don't have to be......it sucks.

I think I have an internal snooze button that turns off my internal alarm clock every morning 'cause I absolutelty hate getting out of bed. I am not a morning person at all, I need to get a third shift job so I can sleep during the day, I think it'd be easier for me to get up in the afternoon than it is for me to get up in the morning.
