Fortuna Heading To The Hospital With Shoulder Injury

LAS VEGAS -- According to sources, WBA interim-featherweight champion Javier Fortuna (21-0, 15KOs) suffered a right shoulder injury in his fight with Patrick Hyland and is headed to the local hospital for treatment.

His unanimous decision victory opened up the Manny Pacquiao-Juan Manuel Marquez PPV telecast.

Fortuna was thrown to the canvas in the seventh round, causing the injury, which is likely to be a dislocated shoulder.
