According to the Nevada State Athletic Commission, Floyd Mayweather Jr. is guaranteed $25 million dollars for Saturday's fight with WBC welterweight champion Victor Ortiz, which takes place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Ortiz will be making $2 million for the fight, with an additional $500,000 as the overall package. Both boxers will receive undisclosed upside percentages from the pay-per-view revenue.
Erik Morales will receive $350,000, with Pablo Cesar Cano getting $100,000.
Jessie Vargas will make a good payday of $100,000 for the pay-per-view opener, and his opponent Josesito Lopez is receiving $30,000.
