| Fernando Montiel-Victor Terrazas, WBC Silver on 11/19

By Miguel Rivera On November 19th at Estadio Centenario in Los Mochis, Mexico, former three division beltholder Fernando Montiel (46-3-2, 36KOs) will return to ring in his quest to capture a third world crown. Montiel will face dangerous Victor "The Viking" Terrazas (31-2-1, 18KOs) for the vacant WBC silver super bantamweight title. The winner will place himself in position to challenge WBC champion Toshiaki Nishioka of Japan. Not really, the WBO Latino belt is a regional belt, that is not consider a wolrd title nor a serious belt.
