Fernando Montiel a Free Agent? Looking For Offers?

Former three division champion Fernando "Cochulito" Montiel (44-3, 34KOs) has been stating in the social networks that his promotional "contract has expired" and that "he's a free agent" who is "willing to listen to offers." Montiel has been recovering from February's two round knockout to Nonito Donaire. Montiel does not specify which promotional contract has expired. The Mexican boxer is co-promoted by Top Rank in the United States and Zanfer Promotions in Mexico.
