Naucalpan, Mexico - The NCAA's March Madness college basketball tournament is infamous for its number of upsets, but boxing seems to have joined the fray. On a day where upets galore and title changing verdicts took place throughout the world, another occurred Saturday evening in Mexico when Fernando Angulo shocked Pablo Cano with a 9th round cuts-induced stoppage.

Zulina Muñoz escaped with a technical unanimous decision win over Alesia Graf in their cut-shortened super flyweight affair. Scores were 58-56 (twice) and 59-55 in a bout that ended with Muñoz cut over a left eye from a clash of heads towards the end of round six.

The super flyweight title fight opened the telecast, which is being aired live on Fox Deportes in the United States and on Televisa in Mexico.

Cano bleeds like a donor. Too susceptible to cuts.

Doesn't surprise me, since the Morales fight when hasn't Cano been cut in a fight?
