Ed Paredes To Face Javier Castro on November 30th

Welterweight Ed “The Lion” Paredes (31-3-1, 21KOs) will Mexico's Javier “El Zorro” Castro (27-5, 22KOs) in a 10 round bout on November 30th, as part of the card organized by Acquinity Sports at The BB&T Center in Sunrise, Fla. Paredes got an important victory with a tenth round TKO over former champion Vivian Harris in his last fight on July 21st.

Paredes, classified at #3 WBA, #4 WBC and also #13 and #14 in IBF and WBO, will defend his NABA title Castro. Promoter Henry Rivalta will look to secure Paredes a title shot in 2013.
