Ed Brown: record, next fight and profile →
Welterweight prospect Ed Brown was by far the busiest prospect in all of boxing last year, having secured 13 victories in 2015 - all after the month of May. He now stands at 16-0 (14 KO's) - and the plan is to keep him on this torrid pace.
"If you have a talented and exciting prospect like Ed Brown, you can fight him fast. When we sign prospects with these skills and this sort of amateur experience, they will also move fast," added Middendorf
Since May 16th, there has been no boxer as active as welteweight prospect, Ed 'Bad Boy' Brown from Chicago, who has fought twelve times in this stretch and built his record to 15-0 (13 KO's) under the guidance of manager Cameron Dunkin.
The phrase ‘No rest for the weary’ could be applied for what prospect Ed Brown has accomplished so far in 2015. The unbeaten super welterweight has already fought 10 times in 2015 and will make it 11 on November 12. Brown will fight Kevin Womack Jr. in a six round bout at Martin’s Valley Mansion in Cockeysville, Maryland, manager Cameron Dunkin recently advised BoxingScene.com.
Since May 16th, welterweight Ed 'Bad Boy' Brown has been the busiest prospect in all of boxing, having fought seven times since that point to run his record to 11-0 (10 KO's). The native of Chicago scored a third round stoppage of Wilfred Acuna on September 5th in his last fight. Expect this activity to continue the rest of 2015.
