By Rick Reeno BoxingScene.com was advised that the HBO televised bantamweight unification between WBC/WBO champion Nonito Donaire (26-1, 18KOs), and WBA champion Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno (30-1, 10KOs), will head to the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City on May 28. The HBO co-featured bout will include the return of unbeaten welterweight Mike Jones (24-0, 18KOs), who is going to face Antonin Decarie (25-1, 7KOs). jrosales your the man..........agree with you on both counts. So I see the anti-mike jones thing is due to start. Jones certainly takes chances.
As much as I like donaire, I don't see him stopping moreno. Nonito will win, but morenocan box and it is hard to ko a skilled boxer such as himself. ... |

I was planning to go through an 8 hour drive to San Francisco just to see his fight. I'm flat broke right now and can't afford to fly. :nonono:
It must be because of Mike Jones, who I heard has quite a following back East... |
