At the Boxing & Gym Academy in Moscow, Russia, former WBA interim-world middleweight champion Dmitry Chudinov (18-1-2, 12KOs) stopped his compatriot Marat Huzeeva (22-11-1) in two rounds.

Last February, Chudinov was dominated and stopped in the twelfth round by British star Chris Eubank Jr. in London, England.

Chudinov regrouped and stayed busy. He came back in August to win an eight round decision over Geard Ajetovic, and then back in October to stop Siarhei Krapshylain in four. He picked up a big win in December when he stopped durable Benjamin Simon in four rounds.

The boxer has been receiving a lot of training support from former four division world champion Roy Jones Jr. Chudinov is the brother of current WBA super middleweight world champion Fedor Chudinov, who next Saturday night will face German superstar Felix Sturm in a mandatory rematch. Fedor stunned Sturm last year to capture the WBA belt. Roy Jones works with both brothers and wants to make Dmitry a world champion as well by the end of the year.
