BoxingScene.com has been advised that super featherweight prospect Diego Magdaleno (22-0) will be returning to the ring on August 4th versus Antonio Davis (29-7) at the Texas Station Gambling Hall in Las Vegas, NV. The network that will televise the bout will be finalized soon.

BoxingScene has also been advised that there is a very good chance that Magdaleno will get a title shot in December.

I love watching this dude fight. Idk how his KO ratio is so low cause he hits with some pop.

Diego is way past the Antonio Davis's of the world. Let's challenge him with a legit super-featherweight. Alejandro Valdez was a legit test, but Alejandro is a featherweight and not a super-featherweight.

It's crazy how Diego went from feather fisted to ko artist.
