By Ryan Burton

Kevin Cunningham, who trains and manages former unified junior welterweight  champion Devon Alexander advised BoxingScene.com that Alexander has added Matt Brown to the team. Brown will serve as the team's strength and conditioning coach.

Brown, like Alexander resides in St. Louis, MO.  Brown has worked with other St.  Louis fighters such as undefeated cruiserweight prospect Ryan Coyne, Tyrone Chapman and former title challenger Deandre Latimore.

Alexander is set to return to the ring in late June or early July versus Lucas Mathysse of Argentina in a fight televised by HBO.
