After making his pro debut and winning by TKO in the first round over Puerto Rican boxer Harold Torres on the 26th of November, young super featherweight prospect Dennis Galarza, managed by Henry Rivalta and promoted by Iron Mike Productions, is preparing to return for another victory on the 3rd of January in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The event will be headlined by an ESPN televised fight between International Boxing Federation (IBF) champion Argenis Mendez and mandatory challenger Rances Barthelemy of Cuba.

"I am eager to return to the ring to fight. My debut was very short and I want to show my talent. I know that the knockout is what we all want to see, but I also want to show the fans that I can win my fights by using my boxing too," said Galarza.

The co-main event will be a ten round clash between Caleb Truax and Derek Ennis.
