Denis Boytsov Would Love a Fight With Vitali Klitschko

Heavyweight contender Denis Boytsov (30-0, 25KOs) is finalizing his training tactics for this Friday's fight with Dominick Guinn (33-8-1, 22KOs) at the Lanxess-Arena in Cologne, Germany.

Boytsov would love to get a shot at the title in the near future. The division is ruled by the Klitschko brothers. Boytsov would rather fight the older of the two, Vitali, because the 40-year-old boxer is likely going to retire very soon.

"I would be a lot more interested in facing the older of the two brothers. I think he's going to have [maybe] two [more fights] and leave boxing. Although against [Wladimir] Klitschko it would probably be easier to box. The fact is, Vitali has a very unpredictable style, Vitali has a very unusual throwing style with his punches," Boytsov said.

I don't know how much of a shot he has but I'd much rather see him than some old washed up cruiserweight.

If he can't knock out Guinn then the fight is no stepping stone for Boystov
