DeMarcus Corley is not afraid of his upcoming title fight with WBA-interim junior welterweight champion Marcos Maidana. The clash happens on Saturday, August 28th, in Argentina's Luna Park. Maidana will have thousands of supporters present in the audience. Tickets are selling rapidly. Corley has faced the likes of Zab Judah, Floyd Mayweather Jr., Devon Alexander and Miguel Cotto.

"Prepare to witness a war between Argentina and the United States. This fight is going to be a war. And at the end of the day, I'll bring the title home," Corley told Ernest Rodriguez.

"In this sport at this level, no one can be afraid of an opponent. I faced other great fighters like himself. He is a great fighter, and proves that he can hit. But I'm a good boxer, who has strong hands as well.  I'm having a great training camp. I have never stopped working in the gym and I feel stronger than ever."

Corley says "styles make fights." He says the style of Maidana is made for him.

"He comes forward, and if I move in an intelligent manner, I can counter back. It's the perfect fight for me. If he wants to send me to the floor, he has to prove it. He can't do it. I have faith in my hands," Corley said.
