OPI 2000 (Salvatore, Alessandro and Christian Cherchi) will promote a boxing show Saturday 17 May in Ostia Lido (Rome), Italy. In the main event, WBC N.3 Emanuele Della Rosa (33-1, 9 ko) will fight Spanish champion Isaac Real (9-0-1, 4 ko) for the vacant European super welterweight title.

Della Rosa was supposed to fight Sergey Rabchenko, but Rabchenko relinquished his European title 5 days before the fight. OPI 2000 promises that the whole truth on this issue will be out at the next EBU convention on next June in Hamburg, Germany.

On the undercard 4 fights scheduled on 6 rounds: European super lightweight champion Michele Di Rocco (36-1-1, 15 ko) will fight Istvan Kiss; local super welterweight Daniele Moruzzi (14-1, 7 ko) will fight Sergei Melis; undefeated light heavyweight Alessandro Sinacore (6-0, 5 ko) will fight Vygaudas Laurinkus; undefeated welterweight Alessandro Caccia will fight Laszlo Fazekas. FOX SPORTS 2 will transmit the main event live in Italy.
