Amir Khan's last three fights have been carried on Showtime. Khan first appeared on the network as part of a multi-fight deal in December of 2012.

Khan's promoter, Golden Boy President Oscar De La Hoya, is not sure at the moment if his boxer is going to resign with Showtime or return to the airwaves of rival network HBO.

One factor in Showtime's favor is Khan's adviser, Al Haymon, who HBO is doing little to no business with these days.

"I'm sure that we're going to do what's best for Amir Khan's career. If that means staying with Showtime, then we stay with Showtime. If it means exploring the options over at HBO, then I must do what's right for his career. We'll see after this fight," De La Hoya stated.
