David Sanchez Putting in Work For Feb. 23 Return

The sensational boxer from Hermosillo, David "Tornado" Sanchez, is a talented fighter promoted by Zanfer. The boxer has a good punch, ring intelligence, aggressiveness and above all a charisma with the fans. But he is still learning and the current training camp is taking place in Mexico City.

"Tornado" Sanchez (21-2-2, 17 KOs) is already in his third week of concentration in Mexico City, where he trains under the orders of coach Pablo Cano, for what will be his big headliner at Hermosillo on February 23rd at the Municipal DIF of Hermosillo which will be nationally broadcast in Mexico by Azteca 7.

21 year old Sanchez, has worked very hard on fitness and strength, and found a number of sparring partners who have helped him develop his talent.

"I feel great in this preparation, very strong, with a lot of power, and I just hope to know the name of my opponent to work on the tactical details with the aim of reaching 100% on my physical and mental aspects," Sanchez said.

"Of course I want an elite rival. I'm ready to fight at a high international level and especially for a world championship and to do this I need to face the best."
