MGM Grand, Las Vegas - WBC/WBA junior welterweight champion Danny Garcia was ringside Saturday night, to watch Floyd Mayweather Jr. retain his WBC/WBA welterweight titles with a twelve round unanimous decision over Marcos Maidana. While Garcia is a potential opponent for Mayweather in 2015, his name is also being mentioned as a possible opponent for WBO champion Manny Pacquiao, who faces Chris Algieri on November 22nd in Macau.
"I think that's a great fight for me, Manny Pacquiao. I'm bigger than him, I'm strong, I'm a good counter-puncher. I'm in my prime. And I'll say this, be careful what you wish for," Garcia said.
