Nicaraguan boxer Daniel Diaz has confirmed that he will still go forward with his fight against Koki Kameda, the bantamweight champion of the World Boxing Association (WBA). Diaz is scheduled to face Kameda on May 7 in Osaka, Japan, but Don King Productions is trying to intervene in the fight, saying they have a valid promotional contract with Diaz, which the fighter claims expired last year.
