UFC President Dana White has lashed out at Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum, over the making the fourth fight between Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez. White, who admits he bet money on Marquez, told 5th Round that Pacquiao's career was placed in jeopardy by putting him back in the ring with the opponent who gave him the most trouble.

If it was White's decision, he would have matched Pacquiao with Timothy Bradley, who won a controversial decision over the Filipino star in June. He predicts Pacquiao would have knocked Bradley out and then placed himself in position for Floyd Mayweather Jr. or another major fight.

“I’m the biggest Manny Pacquiao fan ever, I bet on Marquez,” White revealed Saturday night. “Dumbest fight in history. Bob Arum is a moron. You don’t take that fight, you idiot. Why would you do that fight? It’s all about the money, that’s why.

“That was a money fight, that’s what that fight was done for. [Pacquiao] should have fought [Timothy] Bradley. Bradley’s the fight they should have done. He would have knocked Bradley out, he would have got his belt back and now he’s back in the position he should have been in. [Pacquiao's] one of the best fighters in the world. He goes out and fights Marquez again? Bob Arum is the dumbest promoter in the history of the world.”
Hmm.. Ufc pretty much has a monopoly on MMA and is a global money maker, how many channels is Ufc on and how many channels is "top rank" on?? Lol please just shut up
True but can't believe that Dana White has more money than Bob Arum.

You can't blame Bob Arum for making the best money fight he could because it was Manny Pacquiao who took the fight so whatever. If Manny was smart then he would have taken the Mayweather fight and made more money but Bob runs the show and not any Top Rank fighters. I'm glad Marquez got a chance...
