In mid-March, Vyacheslav "Czar" Glazkov (20-0-1, 12 KOs) secured a mandatory crack at the IBF heavyweight title, by winning a twelve round unanimous decision in a difficult fight with veteran Steve Cunningham.
Before he's able to secure a mandatory shot at the champion Wladimir Klitschko, Glazkov will continue to stay active by taking part in a stay-busy fight on August 15 in Krasnodar.
The opponent locked in at the moment is Kertson Manswell (24-11, 18 KOs).
Klitschko will be back in October, when he makes a mandatory defense against WBO/WBA #1 contender Tyson Fury of the UK.
The winner of Klitschko-Fury will at some point have to face Glazkov, likely in the first half of 2016.
