Cotto Weighs 160, Prepares For Las Vegas Trip

WBA junior middleweight champion Miguel Cotto (35-2, 28KOs) will travel to Las Vegas, Nevada on THursday, where he he plans to finish up his training camp for the March 12 defense of his title against Nicaraguan Ricardo 'El Matador' Mayorga (29-7, 23KOs) at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Showtime will carry the event through their pay-per-view network. Cotto, who is training under the command of experienced coach Emanuel Steward, is comfortable with the weight and according to reports he is about 160 pounds and sporting a very impressive physique. During camp, he's been displaying impressive speed and combination punching.
