Expects a lot of fireworks on April 24. BoxingScene.com was advised that Chris Arreola (28-1, 25KOs) vs. Tomasz Adamek (40-1, 27KOs) is close to a done deal. HBO will carry the fight with junior middleweight contender Alfredo Angulo taking on Joel Julio in the televised opener. A source close to the negotiations advised BoxinScene to expect an official press conference as early as this coming Friday in Los Angeles, California. Arreola-Adamek is a very intriguing heavyweight fight. The venue will be the Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, California.

Arreola doesn't impress me at all... Adamek is way too tough for him and he was hurting Estrada when he hit him. He's gonna put 12 rounds of hurt on Arreola.

I really like both guys because they come to fight. I favor Arreola because he has power but I can also see Adamek giving him trouble. I think at the end of the night the bigger man will win.
