Promoter Frank Warren have informed the EBU that Dereck Chisora (18-4, 12KOs) will not make a voluntary defense of his heavyweight title against Ondrej Pala (32-3, 22KOs), scheduled for November 30 at Copper Box in London.
The fight is still going forward, with Chisora defending his WBO International title and the vacant WBA International title will also be at stake. Pala is late replacement, accepting the fight after Italian contender Matteo Modugno withdrew with an injury.
