Local promoter Carlos Gonzalez advised WBA bantamweight champion Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno of a guaranteed four fight deal. The deal is coming from American promotional company Golden Boy Promotions. The outline is a total package that equals $1.2 million dollars. Moreno would make $100K for a fight with Lorenzo Parra, then $250K for fight number two, $350 for fight number three and then $500K for fight number four.

Moreno's side is involved in discussions for a fight with WBC/WBO champion Nonito Donaire on May 28 at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City. There are reports that Moreno turned down an offer of $300K for the fight and could be holding out for a number around $500K. Based on the Moreno's position, there is no way to tell if the information related to the Golden Boy offer is factual, or information that his team is leaking in the media to persuade Donaire's promoter, Top Rank, to increase their offer.
