| Chemito Moreno Finally Begins Training For Parra Bout
By Jhonny Gonzalez The world bantamweight champion of the World Boxing Association (WBA), Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno, finally returned to the gym to begin his training for a possible fight with Lorenzo Parra on February 18 in Panama. Moreno's trainer, and agent Roberto Grimaldo, were worried after Morena no-showed a few days of camp. They gave him a deadline of January 1 to begin training, or they were going to cancel the fight with Parra. Moreno's team are planning for a big year with unifications involved. |

I thought Parra retired 2 1/2 years ago after being KO'd by Caballero. Moreno should win easily |

This is most likely why he wasn't invited to the tournament. |
