Convention Center Surman Villa de las Flores, Coacalco, México - In the main event of the evening, Yessica Chavez (21-3-3, 4KOs) won a ten round unanimous decision over a game Melissa McMorrow (9-5-3, 1KO) to capture the vacant WBC International flyweight championship.
Dangerous rising prospect Rey Vargas (21-0, 18KOs), who is trained by Nacho Beristain, stopped Daniel Ferreras (13-9-2, 4KOs) in two rounds to retain the WBC Youth silver super bantamweight championship.
