Charr Creates His Own Stable, Fights Bidenko on March 30

By Alexey Sukachev and Inna Lagun (Allboxing.ru)

Manuel Charr (20-0, 11 KOs), 27, a flamboyant Germany-based Syrian heavyweight, announced his plans to score some success with his own promotional company. The group is named after Charr’s nichkname – Diamond Boy Promotions. Its first event is set to take place at Maritim Hotel in Cologne, Germany. WBA #11, IBF #14 and WBC #15 ranked heavyweight face experienced Ukrainian Taras Bidenko (28-4, 12 KOs) in an important heavyweight match-up to defend his WBC Silver International title. The fight date is March 30.

“I can’t wait for my promotional debut and also for a debut of me as a fighter of my own company. I can’t even express how proud I am to make decisions I was unable to make earlier in my career," stated Charr. The Syrian fighter is one of rare men to perform under Sauerland Event, Universum Box-Promotion, Sturm Box-Promotion and Erol Ceylan.

Taras Bidenko is a decent HW, in fact he has better skills than Charr. But there's no way he'll receive the decision in a boxing event promoted by his opponent.
