Champs Event in Vegas: Broner, Trout, Danny Garcia, More

Floyd “Money” Mayweather and Robert Guerrero will clash this Cinco De Mayo weekend in the biggest fight of the year so far at the MGM Grand Casino in Las Vegas, NV. The MGM will also be host to another event taking place a day before the big fight as Team Watson - which consist of Sam, Brandon and Marcus Watson - will be hosting the first annual “Mixing It Up With The Champs” event on Friday, May 3rd.

The event will be to recognize some of today’s best fighters and will be taking place immediately after the Mayweather-Guerrero weigh in the Grand Ballroom #121 Conference Center inside the MGM Grand. While this is an exclusive event, fans will get a chance to see some of their favorite fighters as Adrien “The Problem” Broner, Danny “Swift” Garcia, Austin “No Doubt” Trout and Fernando Guerrero will all be part of the red carpet festivities.

The Watsons have become familiar faces in the industry as they are always seen on fight night standing behind their fighters. From annual charity functions to events like this one that recognize and honor their fighters, the Watsons continue to be one of boxing’s biggest advocates and give back to the community in the process.

“This is a way for us to recognize and reward our fighters” said The Watsons.
Mixing It Up With The Champs is sponsored by Exotic Euro Cars and Azad Watches and will run from 4:30-8pm with the red carpet taking place at 5pm and the Honoree Presentation at 6pm. The fighters in attendance will be receiving the Emmanuel Steward Award for the hard work and dedication they put forth and give to the sport of boxing.
